Does Starter include all 56 modules?

Yes. Every Starter tenant can see all 56 modules. Growth unlocks AI, CRM, HR, recruit, property, projects & costing, technology assets, manufacturing, approvals, the B2B portal, workflow automation, and financial controls. Enterprise adds EDI, VMI, and multi-entity consolidation. Tiers unlock capabilities — they don't bolt on entirely separate modules.

How is a "user" defined?

Anyone with a login — warehouse staff, sales reps, finance, owners. Read-only customer portal users on Growth+ are not counted toward your seat total.

Can I switch tiers?

Up anytime, prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrade at the next renewal. Your data stays exactly where it is — downgraded features are gated, not deleted.

Is there a free trial?

30 days, no credit card required. You get the full Growth tier feature set during the trial so you can evaluate everything.

Do you charge for API calls?

No. Fair-use limits are enforced per tier, but normal integration traffic is included. No metered API billing.

What does "implementation" actually mean?

A 90-minute kickoff and a guided data import. No required systems integrator engagement. White-glove implementation is available as an add-on if you want it.

Multi-currency and multi-entity?

Multi-currency is included on all tiers with daily FX. Multi-entity (consolidated GL, inter-company elimination, shared masters) is Enterprise only.

Where is the data stored?

Primary regions in the EU and US, customer’s choice. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-compliant. See /security for the full architecture.
