Quick summary
What you're agreeing to.
- SaaS subscription billed monthly or annually per the order form. Starter is terminable any time with 30 days notice; Growth and Enterprise follow the order-form term.
- No per-call metering or rate caps on the published tiers — your own automation and integrations run without throttling. Usage is metered for visibility, not billing.
- We target high availability on the production stack; the status page is the source of truth.
- We own the software, you own your data. Export is always available; we never hold data hostage.
